  • Custom surfboards and kits have longer lead times, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking & Confirmation

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.

  • For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate your package and determine a resolution.

Local Pickup

  • We offer local pickup for select orders at our workshop. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
