After several years of development, we’ve reimagined wooden surfboard construction by eliminating the most harmful and challenging step: fiberglassing.
Bio•Logic boards are built using only wood, cork, flax, and glue to bond it together. Each board is sealed inside with natural flax fabric and finished by hand with a plant-based hard-wax oil.

Why do we say 'virtually' zero resin? Because we believe in being 100% transparent. While Bio•Logic eliminates the gallons of resin used in traditional glassing, we still use a few ounces of bio-based resin specifically to install hardware.
