ALL NEW- Bio•Logic Surfboards

For over a year, we've been quietly developing a new way to build wooden surfboards,  one that eliminates the more challenging, costliest and most harmful parts of the process…. the glassing. 

So we went to work, re-evolving everything we've learned for the last twenty years and coming up with the most innovative and natural process yet. 

Introducing our new line of Bio•Logic Surfboards, build using zero foam, zero fiberglass and (almost) zero epoxy!

This new line of boards is built using local sustainable woods, cork, flax, and the glue to hold it all together. That's it. Sealed from the inside-out using 100% natural flax fabric, each board is finished by hand, sealed with a natural hard wax oil.

We couldn't be more proud of this new construction process and believe it could be one of the only modern performance boards on the market of it's kind. We were even awarded a Trailblazer Award for Innovation at the Maine Outdoor Economic Summit. We've built these boards for a couple years now and they've been tested under a lot of feet in a lot of conditions. If you've dropped by, you may have seen them in the shop or in the demo fleet.

As a soft launch, we're releasing a limited batch of Bio•Logic boards to the first dozen people to become beta test pilots to help get these boards out into the world while providing us with valuable feedback. Another perk? These boards are priced lower then any other construction process we offer.
