NEW- 7'4" Frigate GreenRail

Brand new, fresh from the glassing room and built by Theo, this 7'4" is in the racks and waiting to take flight.

The Frigate is our higher volume “long fish”. Named for the Frigate bird which is known to soar continuously on ocean breezes with minimal flapping and steer with its deeply forked tail.

The Frigate is a great board for bigger riders wanting the looseness and speed of a fish, longboarders taking their first step shorter, or anyone looking for a high volume, midlength speedster. This board paddles like a longboard and rips like a fish.

Featuring a stretched out fish outline with the thickness of of a log, the Frigate has plenty of float to for smaller or softer waves. No gentle giant though, the Frigate is still a true fish with ample looseness and speed off the tail for racy sections. Plus, we pulled in the width of the deep swallow tail to make sure it’s still plenty nimble for ripping turns.

To maximize trimming speed, the Frigate features a relaxed rocker and long parallel rails. Higher volume overall and full rails for easy paddling and more stability. Single concave under the front half for lift transitions to a deep spiral V, which, combined with a pulled-in, deep swallow tail allows for good maneuverability. Standard set-up is a twin fin.
