The 12′ Drifter was designed with long gentle stomach-high peelers in mind. The 12-0 originated from our popular 10’ Waterlog template. It’s been refined for long, slow beach-break, where the first of these boards appears regularly to steal waves from way outside where the stand-ups roam. The Drifter turns best from the tail, sinking and pivoting around the fin, but walk forward and it trims right out and picks up amazing speed even as its consistent belly makes rolling into turns surprisingly easy. This board is enjoyed most by bigger surfers who are looking for maximum flotation, ease of paddling and early entry. Longboarders who've never surfed a board this big are surprised at how much they love it.
