NEW- CorkRail Frameset

This frame design is based on our new CorkRail Construction making it even easier to build your own beautiful, functional surfboard. 

Are you a DIY kind of person? We've been offering DIY supplies to home builders since 2006, and from the beginning we've wanted them to be complete, comprehensible and above all, do-able. We're now offering more shapes then ever as complete DIY kits and framesets and we're making the process even more intuitive with our new CorkRail Construction. 

A step up from our downloadable plans, these framesets save you the hassle and cost of chasing down your own marine plywood and the time of making all those intricate cuts, but still allows you get creative with your own woods. 

Each frame set includes full-scale keel and frames and railbands, precision cut and numbered on our in house CNC machine from 1/4" marine ply, includes nose and tail templates, construction detail notes and access to our online instructions. Break the frames out, assemble them by number, add the railbands and you're off and running. Check our our Youtube channel for helpful videos.

Please note that starting with a frame set alone is not for everyone. We believe those who will be most successful are people who already know how to build a board of this style, have tools and understand how to use them and are pretty self reliant through the process. 

Framesets usually ship in 2-3 weeks, but let us know if there's a rush - once in a while we have a shortage of materials and have to wait for something to come in.
